Live Video Tour

Now Available on Your Smartphone!

We now have our camera system set up so you can view it on your smartphone! Follow these steps to check it out:

Install the app "Speco Mobile" on your smartphone. (iTunes link | Android link)
Put your dog's name under "General"
Address: Towlesclubk9 (this is case sensitive!)
Turn "DVRNS" on
User Id: guest
Password: 1234

On Your Computer

The cameras below can only be opened with Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. (They will not open with other browsers such as: Mozilla Firefox and Opera). Please make sure you've enabled ActiveX controls for the Operating System that runs your computer. By following the steps below you may be able to view the live video feed to watch your pet play all day! If you continue to experience problems, please check your security (firewall) software, which maybe blocking your access.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that cameras will work (due to weather and internet connections).

1. Please click on one of the 7 Stationary cameras or the 3 Pan & Zoom cameras below, that was specified by a Lakeshore employee upon check in to visit your dog or to take a tour.

2. When prompted, please click the window that appears at the top of your page, "Click to activate and use this control.

3. Then click, "Run"

4. You should see the Live video page pop up automatically once you've enabled the ActiveX control.

If you receive the "Cannot Display Page" error message, follow these steps to enable all the ActiveX controls:

In Internet Explorer click View, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Security tab, click Custom as the security level, and then click Settings.
Enable all ActiveX Controls and Plug-Ins.
Close Internet Explorer, and then try to connect to Windows Update again.
